Please could you urgently help......
Hardware failure on primary machine, having trouble getting Actinic Catalogue to work on another machine.
Have installed Actinic successfully, have imported a backup snapshot successfully, have copied backup of all "site1" files - problem is with the PSP information. Error received on downloading orders and even trying to check/create a PSP method, error message is "PSP, XXX, failed to register properly - class ID xxxxxxxxxx".
In the user guide, it simply says export snapshot then import to a second machine which implies to me that the Payment Service Provider should be imported aswell....
Can anyone help?
