Free Shipping on Digital Downloads - Without using Weighted Shipping?

Hey guys,
Is there a way to have free shipping on digital downloads without changing all my shipping to weighted, ie leave standard shipping at $15 and then digital downloads as free shipping?

You can do this by going to 'Business Settings | Ordering' at the bottom of that window, look for 'Digital Downloads' and select both options. This will however only work with weight or quantity based shipping.
