uploading problem

Hi,

I am new to this group.

When I upload the files, I met this error,

C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce V6\Sites\Site1\s was not found.

Anyone who know this, please tell me where is the missing file?
how to handle it?

My guess is that you have created a custom property, and then gone into the properties tab of a product and entered a value of 's' in the 'Value' field and then ticked 'Is File Name'.

Either that, or somehow 's' has been entered into the 'File/URL' field for one of your products.

You can check for both of these by doing a 'File | Export' and then opening the exported file in Excel. Then so a search for 's' - setting the search to 'Find entire cells only'.
