v5.1.5 Release

Actinic is pleased to announce the release of v5.1.5 of its ecommerce software - Actinic Catalog, Actinic Business, Actinic Developer and Actinic Order Manager.

This version fixes a number of known issues in earlier releases of version 5. For details of changes, and to download the new version, please visit www.actinicdownloads.com/v5/

We expect this to be the final release of the Actinic version 5 software.

If you are a reseller using Actinic Host or Freetrial, please contact your Actinic account manager to obtain a copy of the v515-compatible version.

I am currently using Actinic Developer Version 5.1.3 (Actinic Developer Partner Pack – free upgrades)

Should I upgrade to v5.1.5 or upgrade straight to version 6?

I would suggest going to 6 if there are any features that you need in it. You can see a list of features online at http://www.actinic.co.uk/products/new_to_v6.htm.

See my posting in the v6 topic for more details of upgrading to 6.

You will need to move up from 5.1.3 whatever you do as you will need a version of the software that contains a fix to the Norton Internet Security problem that a lot of shop owners have experienced.
