Multi-Buy Problem

We have only started using the software but have discovered a problem!

We do a multi buy offer of 6 ink cartridges at £8.90
this works well if we charge full retail price.

If we charge our trade price of £1.00 per cartidge (£6.00)
the software then adds on £2.90 (taking it to the promotion price)

anyone got any ideas?

I can see what you mean, if you buy the quantity that is the trigger for the promotion but select trade prices, it still applies the promotion.

I will pass this issue onto our development team to have a look into.

If you trade customers login to get their trade price, then you can set up the other promotion to only be valid for the retail customer group (it's on the restrictions tab - guessing the name, but it's something like that) on the discount dialog. It will not be applied to trade customers then.
