How do I edit the page in the checkout where the customer enters his details and below the feilds are the terms and conditions, Guarantee, Shipping and Handleing ect...

How do I edit what's below the feilds???

The actual text for that comes from View | Business Settings | Terms & Condition

If it is something beneath this try in the Act_PrimaryCheckout.html and also a lot comes from the XMLShipping template (or similar name - don't recall off-hand)
