Got this email today, no phone call just this

My kites have arrived but there are only 7 zip away kites instead of 10.
Please send the other 3 as soon as possible as they are needed for a party.

I do not have a problem with this except, i know there was ten because i had to turn the place upside down to find the tenth one, my delivery was a day late and i packed the bloody box

I have politely email the person back and told them exactly how they were packed "3 in the bottom 4 in the side 3 on the top" and as yet had no response. How far would you go when you know you are 100% sure

If they signed for the goods without noteing a tear in the package to the delivery firm, I would refuse them any replacements


Trouble is we are all open to this every time we send something out

May be worth contacting the police at his end to see if he is known for this problem

I doubt i would go that far, the customer is in the shetlands and is probably related to the bobby anyway

The items they are looking for are worth about £5 to me and i get a few orders from the shetlands, so i think i will see what the response will be and make a decision as to wether a few quid lost will get me any more orders
