View Full Version : Altering the mini cart text

How? Searching the forum didn't help. (text mini cart, minicart)
(Don't want to alter size or colour, just change the word Shipping to Delivery).
PS Found it in design text but that was a different `shipping` apparently so god knows what I've altered lol.
Also looking at possibly inserting a `clear cookie/history` button somewhere as some people do tend to struggle with the `click remove then click update` procedure.

Are you talking about Kermy's cartfix?

Sort of. Just added automated shipping to our ordering process and once you add your shipping destination to your cart info the shipping amount comes up in the mini cart. Rather excellent that actually, BUT as I said in my initial post I'd rather have the word as `Delivery` instead of `Shipping`, which is a wee bit Americanised for me.
Thanks for the reply though (and no mention if fugging v8 too!)

:D I just happened to have a v7 site open - and your comment triggered my curiosity
Still think George's answer is in the thread I linked to - don't you have to make your changes in that text file referenced in the early posts?

Your right Bill, I wasn't thinking outside the `Actinic Box`.
You have to open your actinicextras.js file, and edit the text from there. I was looking exclusively at the text being sourced from Catalog somewhere.
Well done fella, and thanks.
Now for a `delete order cookie` option. Anyone got that up and running?
