How to get test mode order from pending to completed?

When I put a new site live a few months ago I had a customer place an order while the CC processing was in test mode.

I managed to call the customer and put his CC details through manually, but ever since then the order has been stuck in the orders pending page.

I've tried everything I can think of to move it to completed, but it just won't go. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't want to delete it, as I want to keep all orders received (real or false) on file for internal auditing.

Thoughts appreciated.

Hi Mike

Downloaded orders behave a bit differently when they have been placed in test mode. You should be able to move it from Pending to Completed by exporting it. Enable Export to Files in Business Settings | Ordering, select the order in question, right-click and select ReExport to Files. If you already use the order export facility, be aware that every export overwrites the existing csv files unless you change the file names in Business Settings first.
