Gaps on Products Pages

I hope someone knows a little about this!

Basically on my site there is a huge empty gap between the top of the page and the first product. Look on the link below for an example:

How do I fix this? It looks awful. My web designers are useless, they do not return phonecalls anymore, since we paid them all their money, and I just don't know what else to do...

Look into your Act_primary template and locate the code just above your product layout.

Looks like a stray <TR> or <p> or <br> may be lurking.

That gap is usually caused by the code for things like the header text and login messages - it can be reduced
