Can anyone help - Discounting problems

Hi,

I am having real problems trying to get an answer to this.

I have discounting set up for a free gift over £40.00 and would simply like the link in the shoping cart to link to 4 products i have chosen.
At the moment it links to the search results by default, however i would like the link to go to my freegift page eg:
www.myfreegiftpage.html and then the customer could see and choose the products to add to their cart.
Please tell me how to do this please?

Hi Wayne

The discounting link message comes from Design | Text. Once in the window, click on GoTo and type in 2392 for ID and OK.

This brings up the message :
"Get a %s product free"
You can replace %s with the URL of your desire, so that it will take customers directly to the Free gifts page.
This would look like : "Get a <a href="http://www.myfreegifts.co.uk"> products</a> free
The same can be done to the other link in the same phrase which prompts customers to purchase more from a particular section to avail the free offer. The Text ID to change this in would be : ID: 2398. (by spending %s more on %s products.)
Here the second instance of %s needs to be changed.
