links within actinic v6

We have experienced a problem with our


" information link text" they where working fine in version 5 and still do so, but when we upload our V6 all the (internal) links stop working despite all having nothing changed eg file name etc.

Is it somthing to do with the pop up box.

any help much appreciated.

The pop-up boxes should not affect it as they are a different system.

My guess is that during the upgrade Actinic lost track of where the linked files are.

Do you get the errors when you preview the store? If so, check the 'General' tab of the products that have the links. Click the 'Browse' button next to the 'File/URL' fields and see if Actinic gives you an error.

Thank you for your response, it has now been sorted, the solution was that somehow the forward slash had been deleted off the server settings after the acatalog.
