The Definative Guide to Protx inc Troubleshooting

We need someone (ie actinic) to write a gude to protx inc all the silly stuff that constantly goes wrong.

Then we have one place to send people to to troubleshoot and add their own woes to. Just like we have got for google analytics.

We have several news posts EVERYDAY with people asking protx questions - 99% of issues are already covered, it just needs pulling together and documenting.

Once the definative guide is up, delete all other posts mentioning protx, so there is only ever ONE thread

The Protx page => here (http://www.protx.com/support/actinic.asp) can be best described as OK :o

Included in this guide should be an upgrade warning about your OCC edits needing to be repeated! (or they could just fix it :eek: )
