actinic shared ssl-record is too large

upgraded my site using 4.1.1 patch so i can use the shared ssl

i tried to enter the merchant ID , under the actinic shared ssl box

OK

Error
record is too large

ok

Error
Attempt to update or delete failed

result i cannot enter the Merchant ID

I have left it with the "Test" check box ticked & refreshed the site

That seems OK

I just cannot enter the Merchant ID

I was using SSL on this site before moving the Actinic Shared SSL

I have left an answer machine message with support on this

i did as you suggested

i converted the access databases ActinicCatalog.mdb and SimpleShipping.mdb from Access97 to Access 2000

i was then able to enter the merchant id fine

the site is now back up & running again thank you
