Okay CatWoman, pre-season training today will consist of a seven lap warm up, at speed seven. When doing shuttles and changing direction my players will do seven squats with seven sets of shuttle runs. Finishing of with (approx) seven a side, first team to score seven goals wins.
Any complaints I'll forward 'em on to you. :D

Thought you'd be off to the Brighton Kite Festival http://www.brightonkitefestival.co.uk/
I wish Ed, too many of us (kite traders), i just do my local ones now, there are plenty of people there. It's a great day for making money but is no enjoyment you do not see whats going on, better to be on the public side, I would much rather be playing with my big one than selling it;)

I would pay good money to see Darren with the "The Jenna's Signature 'V'" stencil ;)
You could make it part of the day out .. 110mph ride in the countryside ... bacon butty at the greasy spoon .... quick trim and edge with the club's logo ... few beers at the Red Lion ... 110mph ride back home!
When is the next bank holiday?

Here are some tips for all you newbies
"You can perfect your pubic shaving style if you have the time and the patience and learn a few basic rules:
Choose a pubic shaving style that will not only reflect your personality and sensuality, but also be comfortable, easy to do and maintain.
ALWAYS have a clean, sharp blade in your razor. And a pair of sharp scissors or a hair trimmer to trim down longer pubic hairs before you start your pubic shaving style.
Trim down long pubic hairs except for what you want left behind for working your pubic shaving style. Using a trimmer, you'll be able to take your pubic hair down to a very short stubble.
If you omit this step, and instead shave this area, your razor will drag, pull your hairs, and become clogged with and dulled by these long hairs. You'll end up with aggravated skin and a dull razor. Two things you don't want.
Make sure you're totally straight, fully awake and alert before you even attempt creating your pubic shaving style.
Take a long, hot shower or bath to moisturize your skin and hairs. Wash your pubic hairs with a rich shampoo and rinse well. Comb through your pubic hairs with a big toothed comb to get rid of any tangles.
Work a good lubricant around in circles on your skin to help make the hairs stand up and further moisturize your skin.
Practice perfecting your pubic shaving style with the help of stencils the first few times.
You won't be able to achieve a, "free hand", pubic shaving style you have in mind if you don't first learn the techniques and how it feels to handle your razor to get the cutting edges you'll need.
You can find stencils designed specifically for pubic hair on the internet or at your local, "adult", store. Start with something simple like a heart. The only thing you need to watch is that your stencil is centered above your genitals.
Once you're confident that you're ready to execute your own pubic shaving style, go for it. And if it turns out it's something you really like, you can always make your own stencil for it so you can do it again, perfectly.
Just draw the design on a lightweight plastic container, like one that sour cream comes in, and then cut it out.
Whenever you finish your pubic shaving style, be sure to rinse off all lubricant thoroughly with warm water. Then flush your entire pubic area with cold water to soothe and close jangled follicles and tone your skin. Some people rub an ice cube over the area.
Don't rub, pat, your pubic area dry with a soft, clean towel.
Then lightly dust your pubic area with a talc free powder or just regular corn starch to absorb moisture and oils.
It's a good idea to create your pubic shaving style as a last thing at night so you can get right to bed without any underwear. But if that doesn't work out, at least wear loose fitting clothing for a while right after you finish shaving.
All of these basic rules have been culled from people who have been using a wet razor to create their own pubic shaving style for years. They should work for you."

Good grief - go away for few hours and the conversation really goes down hill!
All this talk of food has made me hungry so just sent off other half who is back from his 7's trip to get me some chips!
