Hi all
new to all of this so forgive me if this sounds like a dumb question.

I have read other threads where carts have been abandond and have now turned off the "share details" option. However I still have some orders which are marked as "PSP - Pending".
Can someone please explain what this means. Is there something else I should be doing?

Thanks

Bruce

Kevin,

The status 'PSP pending' means the order does not have the associated payment authorisation from the payment service provider as yet. If it is an old order it would be best to either delete it or to open the order and enter payment details and process.

Are new orders coming in to 'PSP Pending'?

Kind regards,

Thanks Bruce,
have not had many orders some of which have been processed without any issues. I don't think people are finishing the order off as there are no delivery details etc.
All card payments are done via Paypal so I don't collect payment details.
Last three orders came in as 'PSP Pending' is this an issue?

Regards
Kevin

I have one of those too, I thought it was just where they had stopped the order when they are transferred to the PSP screens.

Orders go into PSP pending when the authorisation callback from the payment service provider has not been received. Would be best to check in paypal if the amount has been received or not.

Hi, I have just discovered all these psp pending orders, and I dont accept payments by paypal I take credit card payments. I can see what people put in the basket but no customer info. Is this because carts have just been abandoned or is there a problem, there are 15 just this month alone. I do receive and process orders and wonder if there could bea problem with people finishing there orders. I am quite a novice at this.

Hi,

Do you use a payment Service Provider or do you process the orders manually?
