how do i set up my psp through actinic v8?

hi, the way of configuring the psp in v8's getting started guide is not applicable to the software i'm using.

please help!

Can you expand a little further Fraser, remember we have no idea what you are wanting to do. The more effort you put in to explain, the quicker and easier we can help you. You need to be using one of actinic's approved and integrated PSPs for starters.

hi thanks for your reply!

basically where it shows to click the cross in the top left corner of the box under payments tab it states that a list of psp's should be displayed. however, when i click the cross all that displays is more payment types (i.e. cash on collection, card, invoice etc.) i think i'm following everything as i should but no joy!

The lists (drop down list) that shows those options you mention has the PSP's further down in the list. Make sure you are in the left field of the two that become alive when you click the + button.

Click the + button, then select the downward arrow to see all of the options in the dropdown box.

I wonder if you have failed to install the PSP module when you installed Actinic, this is on the original software disk
