Hi

My pole display does not show a message when waiting for the next customer even though the checkbox is ticked in the setup and there is a message.

It does show the description and price when item is scanned though.

Any idea's?

The Pole display will show 'Next Customer Please' when idle only when you 'lock' the till from the sales screen.
