tmt88111 usb connection

I have an epson tmt88111 pos printer with version 7. on, i have managed to connect and get the health check to see it but cannot find the usb port in the epos program setup. I have a dell com and it only has usb

Can you help me out here

Hi Roger

Have you managed to get the connection working? Please can you tell me what the exact problem is, if the healthcheck is ok and you get a printout then all should be fine. You should be good to go. So please can you let me know why your looking for the USB port in the Epos program setup.

I can print to it from windows but epos refuses to find it as it cant find an esd port but only a standard usb port 1
