Our images are missing when you use the search function of our newest website (http://www.uniformcorner.com/~uniformc/acatalog/search.html)
I checked with the Knowledge Base and it says the acatalog address is possibly wrong in my Network Settings, but I double checked it and it is not the case.
Any other reasons they might not be showing up? A script in the wrong place?
Thanks!
C.
Hi Christy
I think you are missing your BASEHREF value from the primary template. To resolve it edit your Primary template and add ...
<Actinic:BASEHREF VALUE="NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREF"/>
... just below </title>.
Update the site and your images should appear.

Ben,
Sorry this reply has been so late in making it. I did just what you said and it still isn't working. What else could keep images from showing up?
Thanks!

Additional, this isn't for the website listed above, it is for http://www.dutygearuniforms.com
Thanks!
Christy, it looks as though you have fixed it over the w/e. The images appear when using the search on both http://www.uniformcorner.com/~uniformc/acatalog/search.html and http://www.dutygearuniforms.com/

We are using Actinic Business Version 5.15.0.0.33.CMEA, all pages generated from the .cgi script have no images. The pages look at the .cgi bin for the images and the style sheet. We have changed:
<actinic:basehref value="NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREF">
to
<Actinic:BASEHREF value="NETQUOTEVAR:BASEHREF"/>
and the error is still generated. The web address is:
http://www.4waysolutions.com
We would greatly appreciate your help.

I tried a search on your site and images work for me on the pages that are linked to from the results page.

You are asking several questions that are totally unrelated to the subject of this thread.
You'll get a much better response if you post new questions as separate topics with their own subject as people tend to only open threads that they are interested in.

Let me have a stab at all your questions...
Thanks, do you know how to make the information text link open in a new browser window?
I have referred your colleague Anthony to the email support team, but one thing to try is to go to 'Design | Text' click 'Go to'; and go to prompt ID 1191. Change the prompt there to read:
<A HREF="%s" target="_blank">One more thing mate how do I link the contact us link on the cart pages to the... There is no way to do this automatically. You could link your 'Info' link to a brochure page by editing the settings in 'Design | Options | Miscellaneous'. Maybe this could become your 'Contact Us' button. Then include a link to 'http://www.4waysolutions.com/acatalog/About_Us.html' elsewhere in your overall layout template.is there a way of putting a customer registration page on the site?? No there isn't. All people can do is buy a dummy product and then you create a customer account from the downloaded order.
