found this via digg. its pretty handy for checking your divs, tables and tracking down nesting errors etc.

FF extension Web developer is also well worth checking out.
Toolbar sits up top and can display all that you mention Paul, plus a whole lot more (images, forms, cookies, css). Can also mimic different screen resolutions on the fly.
