:( I have had my website for about 15 months now, having paid for 12 months subsciption at a time and up front (rather than the usual monthly sub).
For the past two weeks I have not been able to log into my account. I have emailed and rung up to try and get the problem sorted, without any luck. Eventually, last week they changed my password, but I still can't log in.
Has anyone else had this problem, and how was it resolved, as I desparately need to update my website?
