printable products list unchecked box

hi, a printable list of all products that are set unchecked as able to order on-line.
Many products come in and out of stock and if we maker them as unable to order online in the product tab it can get time consuming.
A printable list or way to group them together so we can see at a glance their state would be great.

I agree it would be nice to have a lot of useful database queries but until then here's a poor man's workaround.

Backup your database and close Actinic.

Using Excel do:
Data - Import External Data - Import Data - Navigate to and select your actinic.mdb - Select the Product Table - OK - OK.

Now select the column called 'Can be ordered online' and do Data - Filter - Auto Filter - click on the drop down arrow and select FALSE.

That will filter all products that are selected not to be ordered online. You'll see the Product Reference and Product Description a few columns to the left.
