Group Mail Problems

Has anyone else experienced problems with group mail
trying to send out email campaigns but so many of them fail
we 'tweek' the settings but doesen't really make a great deal of difference
could it be our broadband provider Pipex that's causing the failures???

Which method of sending are you using? I get various results depending if using direct, my own email server of my host email server.. even then some just will not go through even though I know they are correct.

We use direct and get about 6000 failures out of 35,000, mainly AOL and Yahoo. They seem to block them. I've left them in because I figure we might change the method and they will get through.

We often get failed emails too. I've found that if you slow down the delivery rate the failure rate decreases. You can also resend the emails and Groupmail will filter out the successful ones so they don't get them more than once. We do a resend about four or five times and all our emails end up being successfully delivered.
