Hi i use protx with atinic and on ordering from my website as you put pay by credit card after ordering the message status invalid error code 5030,how do i fix this as i cannot recieve any payments is this down to atinic or protx,thanks mark

Hi Mark,

Could you please check to see if your Protex script template contains your merchant details?

Go to {SiteDir}\CommonOCC\

Open "OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl" with Notepad. Search for "password". Check to see if you have the correct encryption key set.

Save and update.
