Using Actinic on a network

Hello Forum,

Has anybody had any experience of using Actinic on a network. I have a situation where several diferent workstations may want to make changes to the shop.

Hi Alex

There are a couple of inhibitors to running Actinic on a network: the registry settings are held in current_user and the access database is locked while in use

You might like to try creating a central networked database and then dynamically linking it to the individual installations of Actinic - note: you would need Business or Developer for this function.
