Can anyone tell me how I would export all email addresses of my customers to outlook so that I may send them all a newsletter.

Should be easy..Doh!

sorry, just done a search & found another response (thanks Jan).

However, how can I highlight all orders without having to click on each customer - ther is no 'select all' option?

I would like to start sending newsletters to my customers (well i got to start annoying them sooner or later!). Can anyone recommend a good way of composing them simply but professionally? and what software if any is recommended?
Any thoughts would be welcomed.

We use a product called post office Pro, it collects email addresses for you and then you can format an HTML email. Don't forget you should ask customers if they want to be on your mailing list before sending out mailing shots
