Error Uploading Website

Guys I really need your help.

I am trying to upload my customers website for the first time and I keep getting the error..

"ERROR SENDING VERSION NEGOTIATION REQUEST"

I am completely stumped. I have checked my newtork settings and they are fine, so I don't know what to do next.

Make sure both you and your client are using the same version of Actinic. It sounds like the site may have already been uploaded with a different version.

I am definitely using the same version of Actinic 8 and this is my first time uploading the site.

I really ain't sure what I have done wrong.

Any ideas?

Hi Dave

Could you check in Network Setup if it says Actinic Host Mode on top? This message usually comes up when Actinic is set to Host mode.
If yes, you will need to click on the convert button(just above the Import button), say Yes to the message that pops-up, and now re-enter your network settings, filling in the blanks wherever required.

Please try this and let me know if it solved the problem.
