I got an email off a customer who reported when they click chceckout the got an error page, on checking it seems all customers are seeing a General Script Error when clicking checkout (not great as nobody can complete an order) as follows:
A General Script Error Occurred

Error: Error opening ../acatalog/90Z192Z78Z82A1188635865B7329.session (Permission denied)

Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner
It doesn't matter how many time it's tried this error is all anybody see's. Does anybody have a clue what or why and how to fix it?
My acatalog directory is CHMOD 777
My cgi-bin directory is CHMOD 755
Everything has been working fine for a month but just the last few days we have had lots of various problems with server permissions and things everything seemed to be fine but i now this problem has happened and i can't seem to find a fix
