Login Problem

Hi again people

I've got an issue with a (upgraded v4) site. Logins are required upon entry but you can't login (see attached file). Somebody must have seen this problem.

I cant understand why this is happening as the same v4 site (pre upgrade) works perfectly and no changes have been made.

Hi Danny,

It may be that the site upgrader did not upgrade your login templates properly. Have you tried copying the default templates into your site?

Find out what theme your site is based on (Design menu | Themes), then, in Windows Explorer, find 'c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\formats\themes\(theme name)' and copy the three login templates over to your 'site1' directory (or whatever your site is called). The three templates are Act_LoginPage.html, Act_LoginUsername.html and Act_LoginPassword.html.

It is always wise to take back-ups of the existing templates before you copy over them.
