Confirmation page issue!

Hello all

Im having real problems with the "confirmation page" that you get after you click add to cart. Is it possible to either:

1. by pass this step - when the user clicks add to cart the page refreshes with the cart quantity and total updated.

or

2. make the confirmation page appear like the shopping cart i.e. with the headings - Ref, Description, Quantity, Price, Cost then the product just added in the columns. And finally the Confirm, Checkout Now and Cancel buttons as normal?

Im pulling hair out trying to work out how do this so any help would be greatly appriciation.

Just to clarify im refering to "Act_OrderDetail.html"

Try going to: Design Options > Shop Defaults and changing the shopping mode to 'Quantity in Shopping Cart'
