Email order confirmation but no actinic download

Hi,

I have just received a copy email order confirmation but when I tried to download the order in Actinic, it says there are no orders to download (where has it gone??)

Any ideas on this please???:mad: :confused:

1. check the date and time the email was sent. It may be old.

2. Look in your psp pending tab
