exclude from froogle

Can the exclude from froogle checkbox inherit from it's parent section in future releases

AND - please don't scrap this checkbox even if you scrap the froogle feed due to the difficulty of keeping up to date with Google's changes to it's feed formats, because it is really important for integrating with the wonderful mole-end datafeed pluggin.
