I just has a wonderful call from some heating/cooling rep. He was really keen and doing his best to be convincing but I couldn't help laughing every now and then during the call. At least he took it well.
It started off that he was calling on behalf of government legislation and of course wasn't trying to sell me anything, brought in some mandatory legislation being introduced in Building Regulations, added a big slice of Kyoto Treaty signed by Tony Blair and then told me it wouldn't cost anything as I'd get 100% capital allowances. Oh yes, and of course a 'surveyor' was going to be in my area and what time would be best for the appointment?
It really did make me smile.
