Is it possible to include the Order Tracking Number in the " Order Shipped " Email template (Act_OrderShipEmail.txt) using a NETQUOTEVAR tag.

I notice other NETQUOTEVAR tags in use in this file which aren't listed in the NETQOUTEVAR dictionary in the Advanced User Guide.

Is there a definitive list of the NETQUOTEVAR tags and there purposes ?

Hi Iain

The order number is generated as part of NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_DATA.

I'm not sure why these NQVs aren't in the NQV dictionary. I'll recommend that they are added in.

Hi Ben

Thank you for your response.

However it was the contents of the Order Tracking Number field, which we use to put the Courier Consignment number in, I was looking to include in the email. It would be usefull if the customer had the Consignment number of the package that was being sent in the 'Shipped' email.

Hi Iain

After some investigation, I'm afraid to say there isn't a variable for the order tracking field in the UK version of the software. In the US version, there is a tracking email template (if the shipping service providers have been installed) and the variable is NETQUOTEVAR:TRACK_NUMBER, but it's only recognised in this email template.

It's a good candidate for the wishlist - I'll make sure it's added.
