Can't retrieve orders

We are having a problem with the the Actinic V4 software. It seems that Netbanx have more orders than we can retrieve in Actinic. I just would like to know whether there is a solution to this problem:confused:

In teh past, I have downloaded hundreds of orders in one go so the software should be able to handle it.

Do you get an error message when you try and download? What is the error message? Has it been working OK previously?

Plus, you do not download them from Netbanx - all orders are downloaded from your own web site. Everytime a customer places an order on your store and pays via NetBanx, an *.ord file and an *.occ file is written to your store directory online. You download the details fom here.
