fatal error help please

Ok guys what have i done now???

I was trying to do a snapshot backup and received the following error
"FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 776) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught."

When i was doing the snapshot i did have the Actinic site 1 folder open.
I closed windoze explorer/site 1 folder and retried the backup but got the same error.

I have never had a problem performing snapshots before.

As per usual any advice is accepted gratefully :)

Strange one, my advise would be to close down actinic and say no to backup.

Once Actinic has closed, then open it, then simply do a snapshot backup again

All is ok.
I restarted my PC and retried the snapshot backup and it works now. :D
