Shopping Cart Issue - was working fine - help!!!

Hello All,

Not sure if this is the right forum but I have hit a similar issue to a post on here. The site has been working fine but as of yesterday shopping cart functionality is playing up.

When clicking the 'Checkout Now' option from within the shopping cart page I see the following behaviour.

URL changes to
https://www.likeys.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl and 'page cannot be displayed message is returned.

Fast running out ideas, what is strange is why up until yesterday everything was working without any issues, any help much appreciated :eek:

Have you changed anything recently?

Who hosts your site and have they made any changes?

BTW Your site is throwing a wobbly with js errors and is very wide with content missing when you go into the secure cart.

I would check my SSL settings & cgi-bin folder permissions first.

Thanks for the response and heads up on dulipcate posting.

The only changes is that my partner has been adding more stock, he hasn't to the best of his knowledge changed anything which should impact this.

The site is hosted with Telivo, I will need to check that they haven't changed anything on their side.

Will check the settings you suggest, cheers.
