tightening up spacing

On specific pages...such as this one...

I'd like to tighten up the spacing so the page doesn't scroll on as much. Is there a way to do that? Do I need to modify the Act_ProductLine template and give it a specific name for these type of pages?

I believe you need to look in Act_ProductBody.html

look for the cellpadding / cellspacing on the table tag and adjust this down to save some space.

you might also be able to shave a bit off by either removing the seperator bar between products or just editing the seperator template to reduce space here too.
