Loyalty Schemes

Can anyone suggest any easy way to start a loyalty scheme. I don't want to set up any accounts whereby the customer can pay at a later date but instead would like to offer a scheme where the customer has to spend a certain amount on several occasions and then would receive a voucher to use on their next spend. Does anyone here have any loyalty cards that customers keep or are they just stored on the EPOS system?
My average customer spend is also quite high, does anyone have any suggestions?

The loyalty scheme is built into the system but you have to set up a customer for this. Loyalty is based on points per pound spent. Points are redeemed to the customers account balance which can then be used in the tender screen as payment.
