Actinic Crashes

Hi all

i recently moved the site from one of the PC's to the other.

on the new pc (actinic was installed long time ago but has been updated to last version) actinic now constantly crashes when i go to orders -> pending PSP.

anybody has any ideas as to how to solve this?

we have compacted databases just in case but to no avail

If you updated with a patch, make a backup of the entire site folder, and then do an install from the full v8.5.1 HIFA.

If you already did a full install, still make the backup (copy the entire folder to a new location), uninstall, erase all Actinic v8 folders and subfolders from your Program Files, then do a fresh install from the full v8.5.1 HIFA before copying the content of the site folder back into site 1.

Right... i managed to sort the problem (kinda)

i had to reinstall Actinic completely and then import my site without overwriting the orders.

so it must have gonne wrong somewhere in the orders. (at least i have them printed ready for dispatch)
