Raising a Proforma invoice and including my Bank Details .....

Having searched the threads on Proforma's, I think i can raise an invoice for a new customer.

However, how can I add my bank details to it so that they can pay me ?

If it's only a few that you need to process then I would recommend a suitable rubber stamp.
