SMTP settings with Areti Host

Hello all, i'm having trouble with my connection settings and keep getting this error message:

"The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server."

This was the setting recommended by Areti but it doesn't work, anyone else using Areti who know of a solution?

POP3 HOST:
pop3.mail.areti.net

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've not found anything trawling through the forums this time.

You've posted a POP servers name (POP is for incoming mail). What Actinic needs is an SMTP server to send mail with.
