Having a bad day

I only use Royal Mail. They normally 'loose' about 1 in 350 of mine. About 1 in 100 is a 'late' delivery. Today I've had 3 customers with non-arrivals all posted within 2 days.

This, on top of business generally being down.

To top it all off, having ordered a product called "Brass", the supplier sent me one called "Grass".

At least my PR hasn't dropped.:rolleyes:

Just regular. I gave up on Special Delivery during the strikes when the work 'guaranteed' had no meaning.

Grass is actually about dope-dealing. But what the heck; we put it on the shop, anyway.
