Tax in Channel Islands

Our Channel Islands customers (Guernsey etc.) purchase from us but only have a United KIngdom option.

They therefore get charged VAT.

Any way of adding a non-VAT Guernsey/Jersey etc. zone?

Hi Phil

In the default setup, there is no separate location for Channel Islands and so no differentiation in tax. You can create a new location in Advanced | Locations and then specify new tax/shipping zones for this location. 'Channel Islands' will then appear in the dropdown list for customers to select.
