Register /login

currently to REGISTER, I have it so they add to cart, quantity 1, and then check out.
This seems a bit stupid. Is there a way I can change the names of those buttons only when they register?

If you are using input buttons for adding to cart rather than images, then you can specify the prompt on the button across the board (in Design Options) and also for individual products. Enter the text (e.g. Register) in Product Details | Prompts | Button.
