Say I double click on a product catagory, "Stereo"
I get a list of prodcuts. (so far OK)
then when I push "BACK" on the browser, the word "Stereo" is not visible (looks Blank) UNTIL I click anywhere else on the page, then the word "Stereo" appears again.
any idea how I can fix this? Thanks.

I dont know about this but my first thought when reading your post was to check the following:

In design|colours, check that your visited or active link colours are not the same as your background colour.

let us know if it was right..

That was not the problem. My visited or active link colours are not the same as my background colour.
Is this information saved in .CSS? if so what .CSS?

actinic.css is the css file used in the Actinic templates.
