I cannot upload files anymore & my website dosen't work anymore.
When I click " add to shopping cart" the server goes to http://treegifts.com/cgi-local/ca000001.pl & it says 500 Internal Server error.
When I try to publish it gets to sending base files & then freezes.
When I test Advanced Network Setup it says I do not have write permissions to the cgi-bin directory "/cgi-local/" I have tried removing the backslashes but it makes no difference.
When I speak to Verio they say they have changed nothing except the ip address & that I have full write permissions and so they cannot help me. They also say ....ca00001.pl is completely empty. This site is my only income, please help if you can.:confused:
