If you recieve a customer request to alter an order, other than decreasing the amount of one line, what are you supposed to do?
As far as I can see you can't, not neatly.
Am I missing something?

What alterations are you looking to make? In terms of adding new orders offline or making modifications to existing ones, these are features planned for version 7.

That sounds like it.
I just wanted to ensure that the features weren't there & I was missing them.
Idealy I'd like to be able to take phone orders on the software (other than having a browser open in front of me!), and the question was raised by having to swap one product for another after an email.
All I could do was add an adjustment for the price difference & explain the new order in the comment.
