deployment problem

ive just installed the 8.5.2 beta patch (i needed the dw facility) and am trying to deploy a site but get the following alert when entering the CGI-BIN URL

'The wizard expected ActinicBasicCgiTest.pl to be version 1, but the script is version 0
:confused:
Any help would be appreciated

Can somebody please explain to me why my thread was moved from the designer closed forum with no explantion? I paid my subscription so am able to post there...if I'm missing something I apologize but some sort of acknowledgement would surely have been appropriate?
